The captive movement declared Tuesday a decision to activate the Higher Prisoners’ Emergency Committee as a prelude to resume its collective protest steps next September.
The decision came after the Israeli prison administration retracted the agreement they reached last March.
The prisoners earlier launched a set of protest steps against the Israeli escalated attacks and violations. The protests ended with an agreement ending the Israeli abusive measures.
The captive movement also called on the Palestinian people to support their escalatory protest steps against their deteriorating detention conditions in Israeli prisons.
The general mobilization will be joined by Palestinian prisoners from all Palestinian groups.
The captive movement affirmed that their protest steps will not be suspended unless their demands were met.
4650 Palestinians are currently held in Israeli jails including 30 women 180 children and 650 administrative detainees.
