The Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya said on Thursday that America’s attempts to reshape the region and integrate Israel into it will fail.
In a press statement Haneyya asserted that the US administration’s attempt to provide security for Israel in the region through alliances with some Arab governments will fail as it contradicts the will and the cultural and intellectual heritage of this region.
“The Palestinian people will never fall into the illusion of negotiations and they will persist in upholding comprehensive resistance until they defeat the occupier liberate Jerusalem and return to their lands” Haneyya affirmed.
He called for opening a strategic dialogue between the components of the Ummah and its states that leads to building a political alliance to protect the region from hegemony normalization and control over its wealth.
