The Hamas Movement on Saturday condemned the new Israeli aggression on Syria labeling it as a criminal practice and part of the repeated Israeli assaults that go beyond attacking the Palestinian people.
Spokesman of the Hamas Movement Hazem Qassem said in a press statement that the escalating Israeli attacks on the Arab and Muslim Ummah coincide with attempts of other parties in the region to form military alliances with Israel both of which constitute part of the Israeli expansionist plans.
“The danger and threat the crimes of the enemy pose to our Ummah must be confronted by a comprehensive resistance where energies and powers are united to stop such crimes” spokesman Qassem underlined.
Earlier in the morning three Syrian civilians were injured in an Israeli air aggression on the southern suburb of the Syrian coastal city Tartus.
