The Shadow Unit of the Hamas armed wing Al-Qassam Brigades on Tuesday released a video that shows one of the Israeli soldiers captured by the armed wing whose health has recently deteriorated.
According to the video the serious health condition of the captive Hisham Al-Sayed was obvious as he was kept under artificial respiration. The video also showed the ID card of the captive Al-Sayed.
Earlier on Monday spokesman for Al-Qassam Brigades Abu Obeida affirmed in a short tweet that the health of one of the Israeli captives has deteriorated asserting that proof would be published in the coming hours.
Al-Qassam Brigades had announced that it keeps the four Israeli soldiers Oron Shaul Hadar Goldin Avera Mengistu and Hisham al-Sayed in its captivity without specifying their conditions.
However Israel believes that the two soldiers Oron Shaul and Hadar Goldin were killed in the 2014 Gaza military offensive.
Al-Sayed was held captive on the 20th of April 2015 after he crossed into the Gaza Strip.
