The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Thursday delivered demolition notices against 6 Palestinian civilians’ houses a shop and a car wash in the West Bank city of al-Khalil.
According to the coordinator of the Protection and Resilience Committees Fuad Al-Amour the IOA delivered notices ordering the demolition of 6 Palestinian civilians’ houses a shop and a car wash after storming the Al-Refaeyah hamlet east of the Masafer Yatta area.
“The IOA has been launching large-scale campaigns of demolition in Masafer Yatta communities south of al-Khalil since the beginning of 2022” Al-Amour underlined.
According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) 217 Palestinian structures have been demolished or confiscated since 2011 leaving 608 Palestinian civilians displaced.
