Between May 22 and 29 132 citizens tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus) and 114 others recovered from the virus in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. No related death happened during the week.
This came in a new COVID-19 situation report released on Monday by the Palestinian health ministry in Ramallah.
According to the report the percentage of fully-vaccinated citizens is 62.7 percent in the West Bank and 35.5 percent in the Gaza Strip.
