A 16-year-old Palestinian minor was shot and killed and dozens others were injured during an Israeli raid in Nablus in the occupied West Bank at dawn Wednesday.
The Palestinian health ministry said Ghaith Yamin 16 suffered serious gunshot wounds to the head. He was later proclaimed dead at Rafidia governmental hospital.
The clashes erupted when Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed the city late last night amid heavy firing of live ammunition and teargas bombs to make way for a number of buses carrying dozens of Jewish settlers to Joseph Tomb.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that 75 Palestinians were injured during the confrontations including 15 who suffered metal bullet injuries.
The Red Crescent affirmed that the IOF also attacked medical crews carrying a pregnant woman to hospital. It added that the woman and the medical team suffered from breathing problems due to the attack and were rushed to hospital for urgent treatment.
