BETHLEHEM (PIC)– The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) demolished Wednesday morning a Palestinian house under construction in al-Khuder town south of Bethlehem under the pretext of being built without permit.
Local activist Ahmed Salah affirmed that Israeli bulldozers advanced into the town since the early morning hours and demolished the house under IOF protection pointing out that the IOF had notified the house owner with the planned demolition few days ago.
The 90-square-meter home was demolished for allegedly being built on land classified as Area C without permission from the Israeli occupation authorities he said.
Also in Bethlehem Israeli forces tore down agricultural facilities belonging to local resident Amir Hussein al-Kamil in Wadi Rahhal town.
Over the past year 645 Palestinian homes and facilities were demolished in occupied Jerusalem and West Bank.
