Dozens of Jewish settlers seized a Palestinian house east of al-Khalil under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Friday afternoon.
Anti-settlement activist Aref Jaber affirmed that the settlers seized a house in the Wadi al-Hussein area adjacent to the Kiryat Arba settlement which was forcibly built on Palestinian lands east of the city.
The house owned by Walid Al-Jaberi consists of three floors over a total area of 1200 square meters.
Jaberi pointed out that IOF soldiers stormed the area and provided protection to the settlers.
Meanwhile another group of settlers smashed a number of vehicles owned by journalists covering a solidarity event against the Israeli occupation’s displacement decision against Masafer Yatta town south of al-Khalil.
