Hamas Movement condemned on Tuesday the demolishing of the two-story apartment building of al-Rajabi family in the east Jerusalem district of Silwan south of the Aqsa Mosque.
“Demolishing the al-Rajabi building constitutes a brutal crime of displacement and forcible expulsion against the Palestinian people” the Movement said in a press statement.
Hamas confirmed that the Israeli policy of demolition and its colonialist expansionist plans aim at evacuating Palestinian residents of Jerusalem to pave the way for its complete Judaization.
“Razing a two-story building that shelters forty people including elderlies patients women and children is a crime against humanity for which Israel must be held responsible” the Movement added.
Despite the unprecedented international inaction the Palestinian people will foil all the Israeli persisting plans to Judaize Jerusalem and will preserve the identity of the holy city Hamas affirmed.
