GAZA (PIC)– IOF troops stationed to the east of the Gaza Strip on Tuesday fired at and seriously wounded a Palestinian man east of Gaza city while more Palestinians were rounded up in the West Bank.
Medical teams found the wounded Gazan after a period of search and took him to Shifa hospital.
In the West Bank an IOF spokesman said that eight Palestinians were arrested in Nablus while four others were rounded up in other West Bank areas.
The Hebrew radio quoted the spokesman as saying that among the arrested was Hassan Abu Shalal who is suspected of booby-trapping the strap belt that was used in the Khadera human bombing raid back in August 2003.
He said that Alaa Hashash who is charged with manufacturing combat means and with planning shootings against Israeli military targets was also among the arrested.
Meanwhile a disguised IOF unit abducted three Palestinian resistance fighters in Tulkarm city one from the Islamic Jihad and two from the Fatah Movement according to locals.
