An extremist Jewish settler opened fire on Sunday at Palestinian homes in Sinjil town north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
According local sources the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Sinjil town following the settler attack.
The IOF also closed two entrances to the town with mounds of dirt and rocks. There is already a permanent IOF checkpoint at the town’s main entrance.
Meanwhile the IOF set up on the same day a checkpoint in at-Taiba village in western Jenin and embarked on obstructing the movement of citizens and vehicles.
