The Israeli authorities have issued demolition orders against 110 Palestinian homes and stores in Tira city in the southern Triangle in Israel (1948 occupied Palestine).
According to the Tira municipality owners of 46 homes and 64 commercial facilities in the eastern area of the city received demolition notices.
The Palestinian property owners in this part of the city have been facing for long years an Israeli plan to seize their lands under different pretexts including claims of installing an electricity line in the area and building a road and railway.
The Israeli authorities also refuse to grant Tira residents construction permits prompting them to build on their own plots of land despite demolition threats.
In recent years the Israeli authorities had demolished dozens of buildings in the city.
