The Israeli occupation army said on Wednesday morning that its forces arrested two Palestinian young men after they crossed last night through the security fence in the southeast of the Gaza Strip.
A spokesperson for the army claimed a hand grenade was found in possession of one of the detained young men.
The detainees were taken in for interrogation. Their identities are still unknown.
Most Gazans who attempt to escape to 1948 occupied Palestine are aged between 17 and 25 the category hardest hit by the difficult economic conditions and the blockade.
