Israeli occupation forces (IOF) gunned down a Palestinian young man at the Etzion junction in southern Bethlehem on Monday claiming he was trying to stab IOF soldiers.
The Palestinian ministry of health identified the Palestinian youth as Faleh Jaradat from Sa’ir town in al-Khalil.
Hebrew media claimed that Jaradat was trying to carry out a stabbing attack at one of the IOF barriers at the junction “forcing” the soldiers to fire at him.
Eyewitnesses however said that they saw the incident and affirmed that the young man did not pose any threat to the soldiers who shot him and left him bleed to death.
