Senior Hamas official Hasan Youssef will be indicted in the coming days in an Israeli military court for incitement and supporting a resistance group.
According to Asra Media Office the charges on the indictment against him include incitement to violence during a speech at the Shukhaydam family’s mourning tent last December.
At the end of last month the Ofer military court postponed a hearing for Youssef for eight days.
He was kidnaped from his home in Beitunia town in Ramallah on December 13.
Youssef a senior figure in Hamas’s West Bank division has been arrested numerous times and spent long years in Israeli prisons much of it in administrative detention.
