Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya said that United States president Joe Biden and Israeli Prime minister Naftali Bennett do not accept any political settlement for the Palestinian question including the one stipulating the establishment of a Palestinian state on 1967 borders.
Haneyya explained in a TV interview at the Turkish channel A HABAR on Wednesday that Hamas believes the change in authority in Washington and Tel Aviv is no more than a change in names.
He opined that the Israeli government is going ahead in its occupation and usurpation of land and violations of Palestinian rights.
Haneyya opined that nothing will change in the United States’ policies toward Israel due to their mutual interests.
