The Palestinian Minister of Health Mai al-Kaila announced on Wednesday that 14 deaths 2645 new cases of the coronavirus and 1612 recoveries were recorded during the past 24 hours.
She said in the daily epidemiological report of coronavirus that five deaths and 1041 cases were recorded in the West Bank while nine deaths and 1604 cases were recorded in Gaza Strip.
She said that 67 patients were being treated in the intensive care rooms while 160 patients were held in West Bank hospitals and corona clinics including 13 who are placed on ventilators.
Regarding the vaccination campaign the total number of people who received the corona vaccine in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 1168458 including 482591 who received the two doses of the vaccine the minister concluded.
