Israeli occupation forces (IOF) violently suppressed the weekly protest in Kafr Qaddum Qalqilia on Friday.
A Palestinian youth was injured in his head by a rubber-coated metal bullet and dozens others suffered breathing problem from tear gas local sources reported.
The peaceful protest in Kafr Qaddum takes place weekly demanding an end to the occupation and the settlement activity.
