Palestinian resistance factions have announced that the popular activities on the Gaza border will continue to take place until the Israeli occupation state ends its blockade on the Gaza Strip and halts its aggressive practices against the Palestinian people in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
In a joint news conference held in Gaza on Sunday spokesperson for the factions said that the popular protest activities on the border will proceed according to an agreed plan calling on the Palestinian masses in Gaza to participate in the events.
“We will not tolerate the continuation of the siege on the Gaza Strip so we announce that the popular activities will not stop until the occupation halts its aggression in the West Bank and Jerusalem and ends the blockade on Gaza” the factions affirmed.
The factions held the occupation state fully responsible for the failure to reconstruct war-torn Gaza due to its persistence in besieging its population and depriving them of being open to the world and living a decent life.
They also urged the Palestinians in Beita and Kafr Qaddum to continue their protests and spread the flame of confrontation with the Israeli occupation forces across the West Bank.
The factions stressed the need for the world and mediators to work on ending the humanitarian crisis in Gaza if they want stability in the entire region.
