The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah announced on Monday that one death 101 new cases of the coronavirus and 34 recoveries were recorded during the past 24 hours.
The ministry confirmed in the daily epidemiological report of coronavirus that the recovery rate of the coronavirus reached 98.6 percent while the rate of active infections reached 0.3 percent and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
It added that the new infections were distributed as follows: Jenin 10 Nablus 9 Tulkarem 4 Tubas 1 Qalqilya 1 al-Khalil 2 Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1 and the Gaza Strip 73.
The ministry pointed out that there are 9 critically ill patients who have been admitted to intensive care units.
Regarding the vaccination campaign the total number of people who received the corona vaccine in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 57638 including 407426 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
