The Israeli occupation police on Friday evening assaulted and kidnaped Jerusalemite activist Aida as-Sidawi near the Aqsa Mosque in the holy city.
According to local sources Sidawi fainted after police officers assaulted her in Bab Hitta area that leads to the Aqsa Mosque and then took her to a nearby police station.
Sidawi who lives near the Aqsa Mosque had been arrested and exiled from the Mosque several times before.
Later police forces kidnaped two West Bank young men as they left the Aqsa Mosque through al-Asbat Gate.
Local sources identified the young men as Ibrahim Shatara and Ahmed Duweikat.
