Dozens of settlers break into Al-Aqsa courtyards

Jewish settlers stormed on Tuesday morning the courtyards of the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque and performed Talmudic rituals under the Israeli police protection.

Jerusalemite sources reported that 52 settlers defiled Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups from the Magharabi Gate and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards before leaving through Bab Al-Silsila.

The sources pointed out that the Israeli police secured the settlers’ incursions as they were deployed inside the Mosque’s courtyards its gates and the roads leading to it.

The occupation police impose strict security measures on Jerusalemites and the people of the 1948 occupied lands wishing to visit the holy Islamic site.

The settlers resumed their incursions early last week after almost three weeks of freeze following the 28th of Ramadan clashes and the response of the resistance and the popular uprising.

Dozens of Jewish settlers stormed on Monday the courtyards of the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque under the occupation police protection.

Jerusalemite sources reported that 89 settlers defiled the Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups.

Jewish settlers began storming Al-Aqsa in the morning at 7.30 am from the Maghareba Gate and roamed in the Mosque’s courtyards and performed Talmudic rituals according to the sources.

The Israeli police evacuated the eastern region of the Mosque from Muslim worshipers to facilitate the incursion of settlers.

The settler incursions are part of periodic tours aiming to change the fait accompli in the Holy City and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Calls continue for all Muslims in 1948 Occupied Palestine and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to intensify their presence at Al-Aqsa Mosque to confront the Jewish settlers’ incursions.

The Israeli occupation authority targets Jerusalemites with arrests deportation orders and fines with the aim of dissuading them from frequenting the Al-Aqsa Mosque and leaving it an easy prey for Israeli settlers.
