Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested Alaa Humaidan the spokesman for ‘Jerusalem Unites Us’ electoral list (Hamas) from his house in Nablus at dawn Friday.
Local sources said that IOF soldiers broke into Humaidan’s house for the second day in a row and thoroughly searched it wreaking havoc on its furniture before taking him away.
The IOF had rounded up many Hamas activists in a campaign of arrests waged over the past few days in the West Bank.
The IOF detained more than 70 citizens from the West Bank over the past couple of days including ex-prisoners and Hamas activists and leaders.
