The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) started to build a new settler neighborhood on annexed land in Bethlehem province in the West Bank.
According to the Hebrew media a new neighborhood for Jewish settlers is being built in the settlement of Evi in the east of Gush Etzion settlement bloc.
The first phase of the project will include 61 housing units for settlers and 35 others will follow in the second phase.
