The Israeli municipality in Occupied Jerusalem has embarked on building a Jewish biblical garden on a vast tract of seized Palestinian land called “Karam al-Mufti” in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
The construction of the garden will take two years and be built on 25 dunums of land in Sheikh Jarrah at a cost of 28 million shekels according to the Israeli municipality.
According to the municipality the garden project will include seating area playgrounds sports and recreation facilities walking and cycling paths a café public toilets a fountain and other public places and structures.
