The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday morning carried out a small-scale incursion into the east of Gaza City and attacked farmers in a southern border area of the coastal enclave.
According to Quds Press six military bulldozers infiltrated limitedly into the east of Gaza City and embarked on leveling and digging swaths of agricultural land.
Meanwhile the IOF opened fire from a watchtower at farmers and their lands in the east of Khan Yunis particularly in as-Sanati area south of Gaza. No one was reportedly hurt in the shooting attack.
The eastern border areas of Gaza are repeatedly exposed to Israeli military incursions and gunfire attacks which prevents hundreds of farmers from working their lands near the security fence.
