The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah announced on Friday that 8 deaths 665 new cases of the coronavirus and 635 recoveries were recorded during the past 24 hours.
The ministry confirmed that the recovery rate of coronavirus reached 93.5 percent while the rate of active infections reached 5.4 percent and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
The new infections were distributed as follows: Qalqilya 37 Salfit 80 Bethlehem 94 Tulkarem 33 al-Khalil 74 Ramallah and Al-Bireh 135 Nablus 59 Jericho and Al-Aghwar 7 Jenin 25 the suburbs of Jerusalem 1 Tubas 3 and the Gaza Strip 117.
It pointed out that there are 56 critically ill patients who have been admitted to intensive care units including 19 who have been placed on ventilators.
