IOF demolishes house of prisoner Qabha

Wednesday 10-February-2021

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) demolished on Wednesday the house of prisoner Muhammad Qabha in Tura village near Jenin.

Qabha is charged with killing an Israeli settler near Jenin last December to revenge the martyrdom of the prisoner Kamal Abu Waer.

Last week the Israeli Supreme Court rejected a petition submitted to it against razing the house of Qabha. The Court however approved the demolition of only the upper floor of Qabha’s home.

In January the Israeli occupation authorities informed Qabha’s family of the military court’s decision to demolish the two-story house measuring 180 square meters. Four children and their mother are living in this house.

On December 24 special units of the occupation army known as “Mistaravim” arrested Qabha 36 from Tura southwest of Jenin and abused his family members.

On December 20 IOF announced that it had found the body of an Israeli settler in a bush west of Jenin.
