The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Sunday continued to bulldoze the Muslim cemetery of Shuhada which is part of the Yusufiya cemetery in the Old City of Jerusalem.
Head of the Islamic cemeteries committee Mustafa Abu Zahra said that the Israeli municipality in Occupied Jerusalem persisted today in carrying out bulldozing and digging works at the Shuhada cemetery which is located on the eastern side of the Yusufiya cemetery.
The Shuhada cemetery includes the remains of Arab martyrs from the Iraqi and Jordanian armies.
A few days ago the IOA started to carry out widespread demolitions at the Yusufiya cemetery in order to execute a Judaization project.
