The Knesset has started a debate to approve the agreement of relations between Israel and Bahrain on Tuesday before it goes to the cabinet for a final vote.
According to the Hebrew website Walla the vote commenced at 2 pm at the Knesset and Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu delivered remarks ahead of the vote.
The agreement is expected to receive support from the majority of the Knesset members.
