The Palestinian health ministry on Wednesday reported eight new deaths associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) 623 new positive tests and 463 recoveries in the West Bank Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours.
According to the ministry’s daily report seven of the new victims who died of the virus are from different areas of the West Bank and one from the Gaza Strip.
39 critically ill COVID-19 patients are reportedly receiving intensive care in hospitals and six of them have been placed on ventilators.
