Al-Khalil- The 9-year-old Palestinian child Rabee Fayez Awad was hit with an IOF bullet in his eye during an IOF incursion into the village of Edhna Al-Khalil district last night locals reported.
Medical sources in Al-Khalil hospital said that the child’s condition was “moderate” as eyewitnesses said that IOF troops raiding the village fired gas bombs and rubber-coated bullets at Palestinian civilians who were throwing stones at the invading forces.
Meanwhile IOF units Wednesday arrested the 16-year-old boy Mohammed Abu Sheikha in Karma village south of Al-Khalil after breaking into his family home and terrorizing his family members.
The IOF soldiers in a similar incursion of Arub refugee camp north of Al-Khalil arrested a 21-year-old youth and took him to Atsion detention center.
In the same center a mother of five children was summoned for interrogation but when she arrived there she was detained and taken to Maskobeh interrogation center in occupied Jerusalem.
The 33-year-old mother Einas Shahin is the wife of Ayub Al-Qawasme one of the wanted activists of the armed wing of the Hamas Movement the Qassam Brigades.
In Aida refugee camp in Bethlehem IOF soldiers arrested a young man after alleging he was a member of the Hamas Movement.
