The Israeli occupation army on Tuesday handed Palestinian citizens in Qalandiya town northwest of Jerusalem stop-work notices ordering them to halt construction activities on their own lands.
According to local sources dozens of citizens received military stop-work orders against three homes and many buildings and retaining fences at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
About half of the homes in the town are threatened with demolition for lacking Israeli construction permits.
