IOF kidnaps Palestinians clash with local youths in W. Bank and J’lem

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) last night and at dawn Tuesday kidnaped several Palestinian citizens during campaigns in the West Bank and Jerusalem amid clashes with local youths.

According to local sources one young man was injured by a bullet in his leg and dozens suffered from their exposure to tear gas fumes during violent clashes with the IOF in Jenin refugee camp.

Four others were also kidnaped from their homes during the IOF campaign in Jenin camp. They were identified as Obadah al-Ghoul Mohamed Zubaidi Saddam Abu Armila and Mohamed al-Ghazzawi.

In Nablus the IOF kidnaped two young men from their different areas of the city. They were identified as Muaad Abu Aisha and Safwan al-Sadr.

In Ramallah the IOF stormed Birzeit town at dawn for the second time following a nighttime campaign and embarked on confiscating Palestinian-owned cars amid clashes with local youths.

The IOF also kidnaped senior Islamic Jihad official Sa’eid Nakhla from al-Jalazon refugee camp in northern Ramallah and two other young citizens during a campaign in Silwad town.

Another citizen identified as Ahmed Shalaldeh was taken prisoner following an IOF raid on his home in Sa’ir town in al-Khalil while three others were kidnaped from their homes in different areas of Bethlehem.

In Jerusalem police forces reportedly stormed Issawiya district and kidnaped three young men from their homes.

They also clashed with Issawiya youths who threw fire bombs and firecrackers towards police vehicles.
