Jordan’s foreign ministry has denounced Israel’s approval ofa plan to build over 1000 new illegal settler homes in E1 area east of OccupiedJerusalem.
Spokesperson for the ministry Deifallah Fayez reiteratedJordan’s rejection of all forms of Israeli settlement activities which he saidconstitute a violation of international law and UN Security Councilresolutions.
Fayez stressed the need for Israel to immediately halt itsillegal settlement policy and honor its obligations as an occupying power.
