Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday morning demolished a Palestinian COVID-19 testing center under construction in al-Khalil.
Raed Maswadi the owner of the land on which the structure was set up said in press statements that the IOF demolished the health facility and seized its equipment.
Maswadi said that the new clinic was supposed to serve as a COVID-19 testing center to ease some of the pressure on hospitals in al-Khalil in view of the increasing number of infected cases.
Three days ago the IOF stormed the place and distributed stop-work and demolition notices he added.
