Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya has called on political bodies and parties in the Arab and Islamic worlds to continue their efforts to back the Palestinian people in their defense of their land rights and the Islamic holy sites.
This came in a letter sent recently to over 120 heads and secretaries general of political bodies and parties in the Arab and Islamic worlds.
“We believe in the historic role which the political parties organizations and bodies in our Arab and Islamic worlds have played in embracing the Palestinian people and their just cause protecting their land and supporting their legitimate rights” Haneyya said.
He urged them to take urgent action to confront Israel’s annexation plans in the West Bank Jerusalem and the Jordan Valley and hold conferences to formulate a united position against all Zio-American projects that target the Palestinian cause.
