The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday stormed Ya’bad town in southern Jenin conducted on-site interrogations and raided homes and stores following the death of an Israeli soldier at dawn in a stone-throwing incident.
Local sources told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that Israeli soldiers questioned dozens of citizens in al-Salamah neighborhood of the town and ransacked homes.
They added that the soldiers confiscated security camera recordings from homes and stores in the neighborhood spread in and around the town and set up checkpoints in different nearby areas.
An Israeli soldier was killed in the occupied West Bank town of Ya’bad in western Jenin in the predawn hours of Tuesday morning after being struck in the head by a large rock during an arrest campaign.
