The Hamas Movement has said that the Israeli occupation state’s persistence in carrying out arrest campaigns in the Palestinian areas in the midst of a coronavirus outbreak reflects its brutality and criminality.
In press remarks senior Hamas official Husam Badran held the occupation state fully responsible for the life of Sheikh Omar al-Barghouthi who was kidnaped anew from his home at dawn Tuesday.
Badran affirmed that the occupation state’s attempts to take advantage of the emergency situation as a result of the coronavirus crisis to impose new faits accomplis on the ground would be doomed to failure.
“Our people who have proved their efficiency in resisting the coronavirus with their awareness and knowledge will win the battle against the virus of the Zionist occupation” he added.
