The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Thursday demolished two homes and a livestock shelter on the outskirts of as-Sawahira ash-Sharqiya town southeast of Jerusalem.
According to local sources Israeli troops stormed the wilderness of as-Sawahira ash-Sharqiya and razed an old house and an animal shelter belonging to Saleem Zahayka.
The IOF also demolished a crude home belonging to Hasan Hadaleen in the same area and bulldozed a piece of land where a building had already been razed in last November 2019.
Local municipal official Younis Ja’far said that the Israeli occupation army carries out such measures in order to annex vast tracts of Palestinian lands and expand the illegal settlements in the region.
