The Hamas Movement has warned that any new acts of foolishness against the Palestinian people and their resistance in the Gaza Strip will backfire on the Israeli occupation state which it described as a “criminal enemy.”
In a statement on Sunday night Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum held the Israeli occupation fully responsible “for the escalation of events in Gaza after its forces committed a heinous crime that crossed all lines when they savagely killed the young man Mohamed al-Na’im and desecrated his body.”
“The resistance’s response is a natural result of the persistence of such Zionist crimes and violations against the Palestinian people” the spokesman said.
