The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) shot and killed five Palestinians in the West Bank and Jerusalem on Sunday evening.
The Palestinian Health Ministry affirmed that three Palestinians were killed by IOF gunfire in Ramallah while eight others were injured.
The martyrs were identified as Muhammad Ziyad Abdel Jalil Hamid 24 from Beit Anan town in Occupied Jerusalem Amjad Maher Alian Khudair 3 from the town of Beitunia and Thaer Sami Ali Kasba 17 from Qalandia camp.
Local sources reported that the victims were shot dead as confrontations broke out near the Qalandiya military checkpoint.
Another young man was shot by IOF troops in al-Khalil and was proclaimed dead shortly after being transferred to Al-Ahli Hospital in a very critical condition. The martyr was later identified as Muhammad Jawad 21.
This came a few hours after a Palestinian young man was proclaimed dead in Jericho clashes.
The new victims brought the total number of those killed by the IOF since Sunday to 12 martyrs including four from Ramallah two from Jericho a child from Qalqilya three from al-Khalil and two from Nablus and Occupied Jerusalem. More than 70 others were injured during the same reported period.
