A Palestinian young man succumbed to serious wounds inflicted by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) during clashes that broke out at the northern entrance of Jericho city on Sunday evening.
The director of Jericho Governmental Hospital Nasser Anani identified the martyr as Abdel Halim Ibrahim Abu Sneina 24.
Abu Sneina was hit by two bullets in the chest and abdomen during the confrontations that erupted at the northern checkpoint of the city.
Violent confrontations have broken out since the early morning hours in Jericho near the Aqabat Jabr and the Ain al-Sultan refugee camps.
The new victim brought the total number of those killed by IOF since Sunday to 8 martyrs including 2 from Ramallah 2 from Jericho a child from Qalqilya 2 from al-Khalil and one from Nablus. More than 70 others were injured during the same reported period.
