Serious concerns have been raised over the fate of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails especially after the Aqsa Flood Operation.
Since Oct. 7 the Israeli authorities have launched widespread arrest campaigns in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem arresting hundreds of Palestinians.
Qaddoura Fares the head of the Palestinian Authority for Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs charged on Friday that Israel carries out retaliatory measures against the detainees in its prisons.

He stated that more than 7000 prisoners are currently held in Israeli jails while the fate of many more others remain unknown.
