Hamas Movement has affirmed on the World Children’s Day that the blood of Gaza’s children is evidence on the criminality of the new Nazis calling for holding them accountable and labeling their occupational entity in the “list of shame”.
Hamas said in a statement on Monday “While the United Nations and the world are celebrating World Children’s Day on November 20 the Nazi Zionist occupation along with its government and its fascist army carried on with their heinous crimes and horrific massacres against our children in the Gaza Strip over the course of 45 days.”
The statement pointed out that the Israeli aggression has led to the martyrdom of more than 5500 children and the injury of thousands of others. The number of the wounded people in the Gaza Strip exceeded 30000 80% of whom are children and women while more than 1800 children are still missing.
It stressed that the Israeli destruction and besieging of hospitals deepen the catastrophe of the Gazan children who are sustaining injuries not to mention the patients the wounded and the premature babies.
Hamas called on the United Nations and the international organizations to shoulder their responsibility of protecting the children of Gaza. It demanded the inclusion of Israel in the list of shame which comprises the states that violate the children’s rights in conflict zones and to hold the Israeli leaders accountable for carrying out war crimes against Palestinian children.
Hamas also stressed that the Israeli escalation of its crimes against Palestinian children is a desperate attempt to weaken the popular support for the resistance and break the steadfastness of the Palestinian people.
