The Palestinian in Europe Conference has strongly denounced the exposure of the Aqsa Mosque to desecration by Israel’s extremist security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and hordes of Jewish settlers on Tuesday.
In a statement on Wednesday the Palestinians in Europe Conference considered Ben-Gvir’s tour of the Mosque a provocation to the feelings of the Palestinian people and an Israeli attempt to enflame the situation in Occupied Jerusalem.
The Conference also condemned Israel’s persistence in its violations and Judaization policy against the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Palestine describing them as “contrary to international resolutions.”
It also said that Ben-Gvir’s entry to the Aqsa Mosque reflected that the new Israeli government is an extreme right government that believes in waging wars and aggression against the Palestinian people and their holy sites.
It called on the influential international parties especially those in Europe to urgently intervene to put an end to Israel’s aggressive and extremist practices against the Palestinian people and their holy sites.
