The father of political detainee Musaab Shtayyeh said that his son had faced difficult health and incarceration conditions during his presence in the Palestinian Authority (PA) security jail of Jericho before his transfer to another prison.
Last Thursday the PA security apparatuses transferred prisoner Shtayyeh to Beitunia jail after his health worsened in Jericho prison.
In press remarks on Sunday the father Akef Shtayyeh said that his son Musaab needs important medical examinations and access to proper health care calling on the PA to release him immediately.
Describing his son’s detention as a “crime” the father said that Musaab suffers from multiple health issues and needs constant medical treatment.
Musaab Shtayyeh and his friend Ameed Tabila both wanted by the Israeli occupation forces have been in PA jails for 112 days although Shtayyeh obtained a court verdict ordering his release.
