A Palestinian man was killed by Israeli gunfire during a military raid into Qalandia refugee camp north of Occupied Jerusalem early on Thursday.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said that 41-year-old Samir Awni Harbi was shot in the chest by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) near Jerusalem.
According to local media sources Samir was killed while trying to stop Israeli forces from arresting his son in Qalandiya camp.
Samir was left bleeding for several hours till breathing his last after Israeli forces prevented his medical assistance.
A comprehensive strike was declared in Qalandia camp in protest at the Israeli ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people.
Earlier on Wednesday two Palestinians were killed by Israeli gunfire in separate incidents in the occupied West Bank.
