A Palestinian young man was shot and killed on Thursday during an Israeli raid in occupied Jerusalem.
22-year-old Yusuf Muheisin succumbed to serious injuries he sustained during clashes that erupted in Al-Ram town in Jerusalem according to the Palestinian ministry of health.
It underlined that the killing of Muheisin brought the number of Palestinians killed since the morning to 10 adding that the number of Palestinians killed since the beginning of the year increased to 30.
A serious injury was reported in the town of Al-Ram while several Palestinian citizens were injured during clashes that erupted near the northern checkpoint of the West Bank city of al-Bireh.
In Azzun village east of the West Bank city of Qalqilya four Palestinian youths were injured by Israeli live bullets while several others were wounded by rubber-coated metal bullets.
In Aida camp north of the West Bank city of Bethlehem a Palestinian young man was injured during clashes that erupted between Palestinian youths and Israeli occupation forces.
The clashes were reported following the Israeli violent quelling of peaceful marches organized by Palestinian youths in Jerusalem and the West Bank in protest at the Israeli massacre committed in the morning in Jenin City and its refugee camp.
In a related development thousands of Palestinian citizens participated in massive rallies in several areas of the Gaza Strip to condemn the Israeli massacre in Jenin.
At their speeches in the rallies Palestinian officials condemned the Israeli massacre “which reflects the Israeli sadist policies” hailing the bravery of the Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin.
